1、ABSTRACTClimatechangeisthecommonissuethatthewholeworldconcern,withalotofattentionfocusedongreenhouseemissions,mostlyarecarbondioxide(CO2)emissions.Thefurtherdevelopmentofglobalizationcausesproduction,consumptionandinvestmentseparategeographicallyfromeachother,internationaltradegraduallyb
2、ecomesthetransfersupportofCO2emissions.However,fromtheperspectiveofcurrentlyappliedaccountingprincipleofCO2emissions,whichistheproduction-basedprinciple(PP),onlyemissionsoccurredwithinthenationalterritoriesareconsidered,emissionstransferredbyinternationaltradearetotallyignored.Inordertoc
3、ompletethetargetsofreducingemissionsthatwereestablishedbasedonPP,someCOo-consumingcountriesimporthighpollutingandemittingproductsinsteadofproducingthemselves,orinvesthighpollutingandemittingindustriestoanothercountry.Thisconstructsthetransfermechanismonaglobalscale,causespollutioninother
4、countries,andmakesabigdifferencefromtakenresponsibilitiestorealresponsibilities.Thus，：，theimportersofCO2emissionsresponsibility,theexportersofCO2emissionsresponsibility,theexportersoffossilfuelandother.Thepaperdescribesthespecificcharacteristicsofeachcategory,andillustratestheglobaltrans
