2、ownthatmostofthecountriesofLatinAmericahaveincreasedthetradecooperationwithChinaaftertheestablishmentofdiplomaticrelations.PanamaandChinahavealongtradinghistory,andbothcountriesmaintainRepresentativeOfficesthatareinchargeoftradepromotion.However,duetopoliticalreasons,theyh

3、avenotestablishtradecooperationagreements.PanamaandMainlandChinadonothavediplomaticrelations,asPanamaatthemomentmaintainsdiplomaticrelationswithTaiwan.Thissurelyimpactstheprocessofintegrationandtradecooperationagreements.Thepurposeofthisresearchistofindalternativesforfurth

4、ercooperationbetweenthetwocountrieswhilethesituationofthediplomaticrelationsbetweenbothcountriesisresolved.Themethodologyisbasedonempiricalresearch,aswellasreviewofLaws,tradeagreementssignedbyPanamaandChinawiththirdcountries,publicdocuments,interviewsandtradestatistics,whi

5、chprovidesoliddatatosupportthearguments.Thus,allthedocumentsreviewedprovidethelegalsupporttothealternativessuggested.TheintroductionisareviewofPanamaandChinacurrenttradelandscapeinordertoresearchdeeperonwheretheirrelationsstandandhowtheycanbeimproved.Thefirstchapterprovide
