2、TTheworldeconomicenvironmentkeepsbecomingcomplexandthesocialnetworkthatcurrententerprisesembedinshowsthecharacterswhichistransverseandlongitudinalintertwined.Moreandmoreenterprisesandindividualsrealizethatitbecomesnotpossibletogetadvantageonlybyaccumu

3、latingnewknowledgeandinnovationwhichisbasedontheresourcesthattheyhave.Thecompetitionbetweenenterprisesisnotthesimplecompetitionbetweenenterprises,ithasbecomesakindofatmosphereinwhichenterprisespursuethenearestcontactwithknowledgeresourceandotherinitia

4、lresourcesthroughembedindifferentkindofsocialnetworkwhichcontainbothcompetitionandcooperation.Therefore,industrialclusterbecomesoneofthemostnetworkenvironmentsforenterprisestooperate.Intheclustercontext,theenterprisesarelinkedtohugesharingknowledgebas

5、eandmoreinnovationchances,whichmeanthattheenterprisescangetenoughspacetoinnovate,developandapplytheknowledge.Thishelpstheenterprisestogetoutofthedilemmathatanalyzestheknowledgefromthepointofstaticresources.Theflowofknowledgeintheclusternetworkbecomeso

6、neofthemostimportantdynamicswhichhelpstheindustrialclusterbringitssuperiorityintofoilplay.Knowledgeresourceshasbecomesmoreandmoreimportantinthecluster'sinnovationactivity.Therefore,theknowledgespillovereffectsinanindustrialclusternetworkbecomeaprimary

7、influencefactorofenterprises'innovationactivitiesandinnovationperformance.Accordingtocurrentstudyoftheknowledgespillovereffectinanindustrialcluster,therearelotsofstudieswhichanalyzethesetwosubjectsrespectivelyanditlacksofthejointstudy.Itseemsthatthere
