1、HPSmartStorageAdministrator–扩容阵列的方法ByJu,zhen-wen05/15/2014目录实验环境：1进入SSA:1Adddrive增加驱动器ExpandArray扩容阵列10Movedrive移动阵列11Mirrirarray镜像阵列11ShrinkArray收缩阵列12ReplaceArray更换阵列13实验环境：机型:DL380pGen8IP版本:1.5以上进入SSA:服务器自检时，通过F10进入IP，并按下图选择：PerformMaintenance进入Hpsmartstorageadministrator。（

2、SSA）如下图：进入SSA后第一个界面如下图：选择：configure在当前界面看到一块硬盘做的raid0。Unassigneddrives有2个.确认缓存cache和电容capacitor，点击右下角viewmoredetails。看到了cache大小1024MB,电容的数量为1Close之前界面，在主界面点击managedatadrives.可以看到如下3个选项：ExpandArray扩容阵列Increasethecapacityofanexistingarraybyaddingcurrentlyexistingunassigneddrives

3、toit.Note:Onlyphysicaldrivesofthesamesize(within10percent)shouldbeaddedtothesamearraybecauseallthedriveswithinanarrayarereducedtothesizeofthesmallestphysicaldrive.Forexample,anarraywiththree300GBdrivesanda750GBdrivewouldbeviewedasbeingthesamesizeasanarraywithfour300GBdrivessin

4、cethe750GBdriveisseenasa300GBdrive.Expandarrayhasthefollowingoptions:ExpansionTypeForarraysthatcontainRAID50orRAID60logicaldrives,arrayexpansionisconstrainedbythenumberofdrivesinthearrayandthenumberofparitygroupsintheexistinglogicaldrives.Thetransformationtypereferstothediffer

5、entmethodsthatapplytotheselogicaldrives:IncreaseNumberofParityGroups:therequirednumberofphysicaldriveswillbeaddedtoformnewparitygroup(s)forthearray.IncreaseNumberofDrivesinEachParityGroups:therequirednumberofphysicaldriveswillbeaddedevenlytoeachexistingparitygroup.Thenotesonth

6、etopofthepagewilltellyouhowmanydrivesareneededforeachtransformationtype.PhysicalDriveSelectionSelectthephysicaldrivesthatyouwanttouseinthearrayfromtheunuseddriveslisted.扩容：通过向现有阵列添加当前现有的未分配驱动器来增加阵列的容量。注意:只应将相同大小（在10%以内）的物理驱动器添加到同一阵列，因为阵列中的所有驱动器都减少为最小物理驱动器的大小。例如，具有三个300GB驱动器和一个

7、750GB驱动器的阵列会被视为与具有四个300GB驱动器的阵列大小相同，因为750GB驱动器会被视为300GB驱动器。扩展阵列有下列选项:扩展类型对于包含RAID50或RAID60逻辑驱动器的阵列，阵列扩展受到阵列中的驱动器数和现有逻辑驱动器中的奇偶校验组数的约束。转换类型是指适用这些逻辑驱动器的不同方法：增加奇偶校验组数：添加所需数量的物理驱动器，为阵列形成新的奇偶校验组。增加各奇偶校验组中的驱动器数：向每个现有奇偶校验组均匀地添加所需数量的物理驱动器。页面顶部的说明将告知您每种转换类型需要多少个驱动器。物理驱动器选择:从未使用驱动器列表中选择要
