2、eAdministrationofFinancialLicenseswhichwasadoptedonthe55thchairman'smeetingoftheCBRConDecember28th,2006） Article1Forthepurposeofstrengtheningtheaccessadministrationoffinancialinstitutionsandpromotingthelegaloperationoffinancialinstitutions,theseMeasuresareformulatedinaccord
3、ancewiththeBankingRegulationLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,theAdministrativeLicenseLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulations. Article2Theterm"financiallicenses"asmentionedintheseMeasuresshallrefertothelegaldocumentsissuedbyChinaBankingRegulatoryComm
4、ission（hereinafterreferredtoasCBRC）accordingtolawtopermitfinancialinstitutionstooperatefinancialbusinesses. Thepowertoissue,replace,andrevokefinanciallicensesshallremainwiththeCBRC,andnootherentityorindividualmayexercisetheaforesaidpower. Article3Financiallicensesshallappl
5、ytofinancialinstitutionsthataresubjecttotheregulationbytheCBRCandthathavebeenapprovedtooperatefinancialbusinesses. Financialinstitutionsincludepolicybanks,commercialbanks,ruralcooperativebanks,urbancreditcooperatives,ruralcreditcooperatives,villagebanks,financecompanies,rur
6、alfundcooperatives,financialassetsmanagementcompanies,trustcompanies,enterprisegroupfinancecompanies,financialleasecompanies,autofinancialcompaniesandcurrencybrokeragecompanies,etc. Article4TheCBRCappliestofinanciallicensestheadministrationprinciplesoflevel-by-levelauthoriz
