1、摘要】集成化智能传感器概念的提出仅仅十余年,但近年发展很快,国外刊物上关于新型集成化智能传感器研制的报道很多,国内一些著名高校和研究所也在开展此类工作。和经典的传感器相比,集成化智能传感器具有体积小、成本低、功耗小、速度快、可靠性高、精度高以及功能强大等优点。集成化智能传感器的优点使它成为目前传感器研究的热点和传感器发展的主要方向,必将主宰下个世纪的传感器市场。本文的数字化无线温度传感器具有集成化、智能化的特点,它由温度测量(发射部分)、温度处理(接收部分)和温度值显示(上位机)三部分构成。温度测量采用一线制数字温度传感器DS18B20,其体积小,集成度高,自带A/D,功耗低。处理器选用低功
2、耗单片机PIC16F74。温度传输采用超低功耗发射接收模块PTR4000,以方式与处理器通讯。PTR4000在测量点接收传感器的数据并把数据以无线方式传输出去,接收部分通过接收模块(PTR4000)接收数据,并进行数字滤波,同时将接收到的数据以异步串行通信方式传给上位机。关键词PIC16F74低功耗无线数字化I2C总线ThedesignofthetemperaturetransducerofdigitizewirelessAbstractTheconceptionofintegratedbrainsensoronlyhasabouttenyears’history,butinrecentye
