4、合同正文具有同等法律效力。1.1Thistechnicalprotocolforcirculatingcoolingwaterdosingequipment(includingscaleandcorrosioninhibitordosingequipmentoxidizeddisinfectantdosingequipmentdosingequipmentandasetofcirculationmonitoringheatexchangerequipment).Technicalrequirementsofthisprotocolalongwiththeprocureme

5、ntcontract/equipmentdatasheetandrelateddrawingsandtogetherformforcirculatingcoolingwaterstationcompletesetsofwatertreatmentequipmentdesignandmanufactureinthepurchaseinspectionandtestofthebasicrequirements・Thistechnicalprotocolwillbeasaprocurementcontractattachment,asanintegralpartofthecon
