1、AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,thetechnologycompetitionsamongmacro-enterprisesareincreasinglyfierce.Moreandmoreenterprisesrealizethatresearchanddevelopmentinvestmentcanenhancecorecompetenceandisconducivetotheenterprisegrowth.Sothehigh-techenterprisesp

2、aymoreandmoreattentiontoresearchanddevelopmentinvestmentandtechnologicalinnovation.Thispapertakesthehigh-techenterprisetostudytheresearchanddevelopmentinvestmentimpactonenterprisegrowth,whichnotonlyhastheoreticalsignificanceforhigh-techenterprisestocarryoutresearchanddevelop

3、ment,butalsocontributestotheirowndevelopmentandgrowthandhelpstheirenterprisemanagersmakedecisions.Inthepaper,Asharesofhigh-techenterprisesinShanghaiandShenzhenareusedastheresearchsubjectandthesampledatafrom2009to2013ischosentoinvestmentofhigh-techenterprisesimpactontheenterp

4、risegrowth.Theempiricalresultsshowthat:theresearchanddevelopmentinvestmentofhigh-techenterpriseshassignificantpositiveeffectontheenterprisesgrowth,existstheeffectoflatency.Otherwise,theyalsoshowthattheenterpriseresearchanddevelopmentinvestmentinfluencemoreonthehighgrowthstag

5、eenterprisescomparedwiththelowgrowthstageones.Lastly,thecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestionsareputforwardbasedontheempiricalanalysisresults.Thecontributionofthepaperexistsasfollows:First,anoveldesignthatnetcashflowgrowthrateevaluatestheenterprisedevelopmentabilityandpr

6、ofitcashratioevaluatestheenterpriseprofitabilityisselectedintheconstructionofacomprehensiveevaluationofenterprisegrowthmodel.Sothedataobtainedismorecomprehensiveandreliableinthepaper,incomparisonwiththesingleevaluationsystem.Second,thepapernotonlystudiesresearchanddevelopmen
