2、Java(XinyouMitraSetia),locatedinSemarangIndonesia.ThemainpurposeofthisstudyisdepthunderstandingtoIndonesianChinesecorporatecultureandgivingrecommendationstotheindigenouspeoplesotheybecomeasprosperousasIndonesiansChinese.Furthermore,thisstudyisthroughquestionnai

3、res,interviews,andcasestudiesconducted,theresultsareusedtosolveaboutthecorporateculturecharacteristicsofIndonesiansChinese.TheresearchshowedthatallrespondentsofIndonesiansChinesesticktotraditionalChinesecultureandhasabsorbedWesternculture.Theyremainagreaterdist

4、ancetoIndonesiansChinesetraditionalcultureandIndonesianlocalculture.TherespondentsthinktheycompletelyacceptedtheWesternvaluesandlifestyles.TheresearchalsoshowedthatIndonesianChinesecorporateusedfamilybusinessasthecorestructure.Theirgroup'scorebusinessleadership

5、consistsoffamilymembersorfamilybymarriagecompositionandcontrol.CulturalcharacteristicsofIndonesiansChinesecorporateareoftendecidedbypersonalitycharacteristicsofentrepreneurs,carefulandmeticulousentrepreneursstartbusinessesinevitablewithconservativecharacters,ri
