1、摘要因和影响分别进行了定性分析和定量分析，认为引起中国与东盟贸易摩擦的主要原因是金融危机后各国贸易保护升温、中国对东盟国家的市场占有率不断攀升等。同时中国与东盟贸易密集度的增加会减少中国与东盟的贸易摩擦，而中国在东盟市场占有率的增加、中国与东盟产业内贸易的增加都会增加中国与东盟的摩擦。中国与东盟的贸易摩擦增加减少中国与东盟的进出口贸易总额，增加贸易成本，降低进口增速和出口增速，不利于双边贸易的发展。第四部分，针对中国与东盟贸易摩擦的建议和对策。从政府层面、企业层面和行业协会方面三个角度提出了对策，其中政府应该建立、调整和完善贸易政策和制度，并调整和改善中国与东
