2、chingPWMpowerconvertingtechniques,whichcombinedadvantagesofbothconventionalPWMandresonantconverterswhileavoidedtheirrespectivelimitations.Inthispaper,thefeaturesandoperatingprinciplesofthreeclassesofzerovoltagesoftswitchingPWMconverters(zerovoltageswitchingquasisquarewaveconverters,z
3、erovoltageswitchingPWMconverters,andzerovoltagetransitionPWMconverters)andtwoclassesofzerocurrentsoftswitchingPWMconverters(zerocurrentswitchingPWMconvertersandzerocurrenttransitionPWMconverters)areintroduced.1.INTRODUCTIONInordertomeettheneedsofsmallsize,lightweight,highefficiencypo
4、wersupply,andtheswitchtypepowerconversiontechnologyhasfromthetraditionalPWMconverterdevelopmenttoresonantconverter,quasiresonantconverter,multiresonantconverter.Recently,therehasbeensoftswitchingPWMconverter.ThePWMconverterisusedtoforcetheswitchingmodetointerruptthepowerfluxtotransfo
5、rmpower.Theresultisthatthepulsecurrentandvoltageareformed,andthepowersemiconductordeviceissubjectedtolargevoltageandlargecurrentstress.Theresonantconvertercomprisesaconventionalseriesandparallelresonantconverter,anEconverter,aquasi-resonantconverterandamultiresonantconverter.Powerswi
6、tchwithzerovoltageswitching(ZVS)orzerocurrentswitching(ZCS)commutation,switchinglossesandswitchingtransientstressthanthePWMconverterislow.Butresonantconvertersarecirculationcircuitwithhighenergyandsteady-statevoltageandcurrentstressanddeviceloss,ZVSorZCSconditionsonthevariationrangeo
7、fthesupplyvoltageorloadsensitive,frequencyofmodefaults,andcircuitdesigndifficulttooptimize.Recently,powerelectronicsresearchersproposeallkindsbetweenPWMandresonanttechnologyofsoftswitchingPWMtechnique(Soft-Switchingtechniques),itspurposeliesindoesnotneedtoomuchenergycyclecanachieveso
