1、区域抗震防灾应急疏散道路智能优选模型刘朝峰】,苏经宇3郭小东2(1.北京工业大学抗震减灾研究所,北京100124:2.北京工业大学建筑与规划学院,北京100124)摘要:为了判断突发灾害下区域道路的应急疏散能力,选择合理的应急疏散道路,从应急疏散角度构建包扌舌速度、时间负荷裕度、空间负荷裕度、畅通可靠度、行程时间对靠度等5个因素的评价指标体系,结合双链量子遗传算法和自主评价技术,提出了区域抗震防灾应急疏散道路智能优选模型。该模型首次通过计算评价指标的绝对优势度和相对优势度,确定评价单元的评价指标优先顺
2、序;其次利用改进双链量子遗传算法优化IOWA算子求解评价单元的位置加权向量和评价值向量;最后利用评价值的集结得到各评价单元的最优评价向量。实例计算表明,该方法评价结果充分反映了受多种因素综合影响的道路应急疏散能力评价的客观实际情况,对接受程度较高,验证了该模型及求解过程的可行性,优选结果可为区域的应急疏散规划提供决策依据。关键词:区域路网;应急疏散;双链量子遗传算法;优势度;综合评价中图分类号:U121,C931文献标识码:A文章编号:IntelligentOptimizationModelonReg
