6、4)《工程测量规范》(GB50026-xx); (4)《铁路工程设计防火规范》(TB10063-xxJ774-xx); (5)《铁路隧道超前地质预报技术指南》(铁建设[xx]105号)。 4.青荣城际铁路建设指挥部有关要求。 二.编制原则1.高效、适用原则监控量测是新奥法施工中不可缺少的一项技术内容,是监视围岩和支护稳定性的重要手段,是判断设计、施工是否正确合理的主要依据,是监视施工是否安全可靠的眼睛。 为了更精确更迅速的了解围岩的动态变化,判定其稳定性,从而保证施工安全。 本方案的高效运行
7、,能确保预报质量并有效的指导施工,适合本工程所有隧道。 2.安全原则隧道施工中开挖形成后,必须立即喷射不小于4cm厚的混凝土及时封闭围岩作为初支初喷层,紧跟监控量测,监控量测应在开挖后2-4小时进行,否则工作人员不得进入掌子面作业。 本方案的操作实施要安全,并能指导安全施工。 3.符合本单位技术水平的原则本方案拟投入的设备、实施人员均符合本单位现有水平,能确保方案顺利实施。 三.适用范围适用于青荣城际铁路Ⅳ标段隧道监控量测。 四.工程概况1.隧道概况本标段共有隧道10座,总长度11.017Km
8、。 隧道全部位于山东省烟台市境内,地貌形态为剥蚀丘陵,地形高低起伏,部分地段冲沟发育,基岩大部分裸露。 隧道穿越的地层岩性多为片岩、花岗岩、变质岩等,岩性变化较大。 隧道概况表见下页。 2.施工存在的风险根据设计图纸提供的地质资料,不难发现,本标段隧道施工中存在坍塌、冒顶、突水、突泥等风险。 3.监控量测目的 (1)通过监控量测了解各施工阶段地层与支护结构的动态变化,把握施工过程中结构所处的安全状态,判断围岩稳定性,支护、衬砌可
