2、cterization.Thescatteredlightcarriesinformationaboutthesize,shape,internalstructureandrefractiveindexofthecell.Theadvantagesoflightscatteringmethodsconsistinhighspeed,nondestructive,sensitiveandrelativelyeasymeasurements.Lightscatteringmethodsarecompatiblewithothermethods.Inlightsca

3、tteringinbothstaticandflowsystems.Forsphere-likecellsreliablesizeandrefractiveindexinformationcanbeextracted.Ontheempiricalbasis,lightscatteringpatterncanbeusedforthecellidentificationandseparationpurposes.Thefullutilizationofthelightscatteringinformationislimitedduetothelackoftheor
