1、·262·ChineseJournalofThrombosisandHemostasis2017Vol23No2·专题研究·复方丹参联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液对重症肺炎患儿凝血指标、血小板参数及炎症因子的影响李秀丽(山东省鄄城县妇幼保健院，鄄城，274600)摘要:目的研究复方丹参联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液对重症肺炎患儿凝血指标、血小板参数及炎症因子的影响。方法选取我院2012年6月至2015年6月重症肺炎患儿92例，抽签随机分为观察组与对照组两组，每组46例，给予对照组患儿常规西药治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予复方丹参联合小儿肺热咳喘口服

2、液治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率，凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、抗凝血酶(AT)和D二聚体(D-D)等凝血指标变化情况，血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)等血小板参数变化情况，比较两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CＲP)等炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为91.30%较对照组73.91%显著较高(P＜0.05);观察组患者TT、PT、aPTT、D-D水平较对照组低(P＜0.05)，
