6、··················319结束语·············································3110参考文献··········································32一.工程概况xxxx高速公路xxxxxx路段,某工程项目部承担了K14+830——K31+000的施工任务。业主要求主线采用水泥混凝土路面结构(面层采用28cm厚水泥混凝土;设计弯拉强度为5.0MPa),为此引进了一台美国EAST-POUR650全自动全液压滑膜机,全线采用滑膜摊铺机进行摊铺。二.施工工艺介绍传统施工混凝土路面
7、的过程是在基层上装好模板,用人工和辅助机具振捣,抹光,压纹,切缝。而滑模施工混凝土路面则是利用一套自动化程度很高的机械,自动完成路面的摊铺作业,是目前被广泛采用的先进施工技术。滑模式摊铺机的特点是不需轨模,采用由4个液压缸支撑腿控制的履带行走机构行走。整个摊铺机的机架支撑在四个液压缸上,它可以通过控制机械上下移动,调整摊铺层厚度。在摊铺机的两侧设置有随机移动的固定滑模板,因此不需加设轨模。这种摊铺机一次就可以完成摊铺,捣实,整平等多道工序。它的施工过程是在做好基层的路面两边拉2根钢丝绳作为新铺路面的中线、板厚、纵坡、横坡、弯道、超高等控制路面几何形状全部参数的引导
