4、thebestofhisability,performallsuchdutiesincidenttohispositionsandusehisbesteffortstopromotethebestinterestsoftheCompany. 1.3.TIMETOBEDEVOTEDTOEMPLOYMENT.DuringtheEmploymentTerm,ExecutiveshalldevotehisfulltimeandenergytothebusinessoftheCompanyandshallnot
5、beengagedinanycompetitivebusinessactivitywithouttheexpresswrittenconsentoftheCompany.ExecutiveherebyrepresentsthatheisnotapartytoanyagreementwhichwouldbeanimpedimenttoenteringintothisEmploymentAgreementandthatheispermittedtoenterintothisEmploymentAgreeme
6、ntandperformhisobligationshereunder. 2.COMPENSATIONANDBENEFITS. 2.1.ANNUALSALARY.InconsiderationofandascompensationfortheservicesagreedtobeperformedbyExecutivehereunder,theCompanyagreestopayExecutivecommencingontheEffectiveDateastartingannualbasesalary
