4、ghtisright,andifthisprinciplewereestablishedthroughtheworld,thefreedomofourowncountryandofthewholeBritishCommonwealthofnationswouldbeindanger.Butfarmorethanthis,thepeoplesoftheworldwouldbekeptinbondageoffear,andallhopesofsettledpeaceandofsecurity,ofjusticeandliberty,amongnatio
