2、tionofthelawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina(〃relicensee")・InviewoftheCITVDISCOVERYchannel(hereinafterreferredtoas〃DSC〃)somerightsofTVdocumentaryserviceslicensee,andhastherighttolicenseinPeople'sRepublicofChina(excludingtheHongkongSpecialAdministrativeRegionandMacao)ofthethreeorfourandfivestar

3、hotels,foreignetslivingarea,consulateandembassyreleasedtheprogram(everycalled〃institutions〃)；andInviewofallpeopleandbelicensedoperatorclosed-circuittelevisionsystemfortherecognitionwithintheorganization;andthesubLicenseetoreleaseDSCprogramasoneofitsTVservice,andCITVagreetothetermsandcondit
