3、ers1A.Name.TheCompanyshallconductbusinessunderthename46LLC：IfthemajorityofMembersapprove,theCompanymayalsoconductbusinessunderafictitiousnamefiledwiththecountyclerkofthecountywheretheCompanyhasitsprincipaloffice.1.2Term.Thecompany'sbeginningdateisthedatethattheArt

4、iclesofOrganizationwerefiled.TheCompanyshallautomaticallyterminateattheearlieroftwenty-five(25)yearsorasprovidedinArticle9.1ofthisAgreement.TheMembersmayunanimouslytocontinuetheCompanyasprovidedinArticle9・1.3OfficeandAgent.TheCompanyshallcontinuouslymaintainanoffi

5、ceandaregisteredagentwithintheStateofCalifornia.TheprincipalofficeofthecompanyshallbeatorsuchlocationastheMembersmaydetermine.Asrequired,theCompanyshallfileaStatementofInformationwiththeCaliforniaSecretaryofStatestatingitsregisteredagentforserviceofprocess.1.4Busi

6、nessofthecompany.TheCompanyshallengageinthefollowingbusiness,andanyactivitiesnecessaryorappropriatetocarryoutthatbusiness,unlessalltheMembersapproveachangeintheCompany，sbusiness:Article2CapitalContributions2.1CapitalContributions.shallcontributecapitaltotheCompany
