1、火力发电厂循环泵电机改双速节能改造冯振海禹扬曹睿郭文斌林春化周云瑶大唐陕西发电有限公司灞桥热电厂陕西西安710038【摘要】:西安地处西北地区,夏季、冬季环境温度变化较大,直接影响开式循环水温度。循环水作为凝汽器冷却介质,水温随环境温度变化较大。环境温度高时,循环水温度随之升高;环境温度低,循环水温度随之降低,而在发电机功率不变的情况下,驱动汽轮蒸汽机做完功后的乏汽总量(热源热量)基本保持不变,这样一来冷却乏汽所需用的循环水量可以根据季节温度变化进行总量调整,加之我厂属于供热电厂,夏季冬季热负荷相差较大,冬、夏季运行时,进入凝汽器的热蒸汽相差6倍以上,
2、这样一来冬季循环水可比夏季循环水量降低约22000T/h,因此通过将循环水泵电机改为可调速电机或改造加装变频装置,根据环境温度变化和运行方式特点,改变循环水泵电机功率,对应循环泵电机出力相应减少,不仅可以满足汽轮机运行工况,还可以因为降低循环水总量而进一步降低电机出力,从而达到节约厂用电、节约燃煤、减少环境污染的目的。【关键词】:循环泵电机双速节能改造Abstract:Xi'anislocatedinthenorthwest,thesummerandwintertemperaturechangeisbigger,adirectimpactonopenc
