4、arges.件杂货物海运运费主要由基本运费和附加运费构成。6①Standardsofcollectingfreight计费标准基本运费的计算标准共有八种：ⅰ.按货物的毛重（weightton）。费率表上用“W”表示。ⅱ.按货物的体积（measurementton）。费率表上用“M”表示。ⅲ.按货物的价值。费率表上用“A.V”表示。(AddValorem)ⅳ.按货物重量或尺码从高计收。费率表中用“W/M”表示。ⅴ.按货物重量、尺码或价值三者中选择一种最高的运费计收。费率表中用“W/MorA.V”表示。ⅵ.按货物重量或尺码择其高者，再加上从价运费计收。费率表中用“W/MplusA.V”表

5、示。ⅶ.按每件货物作为一个计费单位收费。ⅷ.临时议定运价（openrate）。ⅸ.起码费率（minimumrate）。7如果不同商品混装在同一包装内，则全部运费按其中较高者计收。同一票商品如包装不同，其计费标准及等级也不同。托运人应按不同包装分列毛重及体积，才能分别计收运费，否则全部货物均按较高者收取运费。同一提单内如有二种或二种以上不同货名，托运人应分别列出不同货名的毛重或体积，否则全部将按较高者收取运费。8②Variouskindsofsurcharges各种附加费基本运费一般不常发生变动，但由于构成海运运费的各种因素会经常发生变化，各船公司就采取征收各种附加费的办法以维护其营运

6、成本。9附加费主要有：超重附加费（overweightsurcharge）、超长附加费（overlengthsurcharge）、直航附加费（directadditional）、绕航附加费(deviationsurcharge)、转船附加费（transshipmentsurcharge）、港口附加费（portsurcharge）、港口拥挤附加费（portcongestionsurcharge）、选择港附加费（optionalfees）、变更卸货港附加费（alterationsurcharge）、燃油附加费（bunkeradjustmentfactororbunkersurcharge

7、，缩写为BAF）、货币附加费（currencyadjustmentfactor，缩写为CAF）、等。10附加费的计算方法主要有两种，一种是以百分比表示，即在基本费率的基础上增加一个百分比；另一种是用绝对数表示，即每运费吨增加若干金额，可以与基本费率直接相加计算。11③班轮运费公式：F=f×Q式中：F为总运费；f为基本费率；Q为货运量在有各种附加费，而且附加费按基本费率的百分比收取的情况下，其计算公式为：F=f×（1+S1+S2+……Sn）×Q式中S1……S
