1、(20__届)本科毕业设计高压直联便携式压缩机的瞬态过程热力学仿真计算25摘要本文的课题是高压直联便携式压缩机的瞬态过程中热力学的分析仿真计算。高压直联便携式压缩机具有效率高、节能好、体积小等特点。随着便携式高压气源的开发,大大促进了高压气动工具的研发,降低了劳动强度。对于高压直联机的开发和研究是国内比较迫切的课题和内容。论文首先对压缩机瞬态过程中热力学计算进行了分析,分别对其高压直联机工作过程,阻力矩的计算和压缩机瞬态过程中进行了热力学的一些参数计算。本文主要对高压直联机的结构型式、转速、排气量、压缩比等参数进行了探讨
2、,并分析了高压直联机稳态热力学的设计,对其参数进行确定。本文提出了瞬态过程分析的方法,建立了高压直联机瞬态过程数学模型,然后对高压直联机的瞬态过程进行Matlab仿真分析,分析高压直联压缩机参数,通过仿真得到最有参数。主要仿真参数有:在排气量一定的前提下,提出改变低压缸内的气体压缩比的方法,改变低压缸的压缩比,高压缸的压缩比、低压缸和高压缸的行程容积和行程随着相应改变。关键词:高压直联机;热力学;压缩机型式结构;参数25Highpressurestraightleagueportablecompressoroftrans
