1、（20__届）本科毕业设计医用瓶盖冲塞机的设计与研究31摘要现代人们对健康的重视日益增加，药品的需求也就随着增加。市场上对药品的质量，产量，安全的要求也就越来越严格。医药包装作为包装机械的一类，其重要性也是越来越明显。我国作为发展中国家，在这一方面的发展还有待提高。不足之处体现在加工效率低，自动化水平不高，安全卫生不好，柔性不好等。本课题主要研究的地方在提高生产的可靠性，也就是加工的合格率，还有提高加工效率以及生产的柔性三个方面。首先，介绍了国内外的发展状况，了解了现今医药包装发展的程度和我国这方面的不足之处，明确了今后发展的方向。其次，解析了整个设备的构成，从整体上提高设备生产的可靠性，从整
2、体上协调设备的互相协作，定下了各个机构的基本功能及作用。为了最大程度的提高设备的可靠性然后，对各个主要机构进行了分析，具体包括理盖机构、送盖机构、冲裁机构、塞纸机构和送纸机构。画出了总装配图和部分机构的装配图，计算了强度校核。最后总结了设备相对于以前发展的地方，也提出了设备的不足之处，以及将来发展的方向。关键字：安全，冲塞机，机构分析，设计31MedicalcappluggingMachineDesignandResearchAbstractAttentiontothehealthofmodernpeopleontheincreasingdemandfordrugswillincreasewi
