1、(20__届)本科毕业设计大功率电镀电源的设计----控制和保护电路设计43摘要本文在分析了电镀电源的发展历程和研究现状后,结合开关电源的基本原理,设计了输出容量为0~30V,最大电流为500A的电镀开关电源。传统的开关电源采用的是可控硅整流,其体积和重量大,纹波大,稳定性不高,效率低,电源效率一般约为70%;单台电源不能长期无故障工作,无冗余系统来保证稳定性。而采用高频软开关电源能够极大的提升电源的性能。本文中选择了桥式推挽电路作为主电路的拓扑。控制电路以TL494为核心产生PWM脉冲控制信号。TL494的2脚接受的控制信号
2、,输出对应宽频的PWM信号;1脚接受从采样电阻返回的反馈电压信号,对PWM信号进行调整,以达到稳定输出电压的目的。最后给出结论,参与研制的高频开关电镀电源达到了预期的技术指标,为提高电源性能所做的工作达到了预期要求。关键词:电镀,软开关,桥式推挽电路43Thedesignofhighpowerelectroplatingpower,controlandprotectionofcircuitdesignABSTRACTFirstly,analyzingthedevelopmentofelectroplatingpowerandt
