1、(20届)毕业论文屠宰废水处理工艺设计II摘要:屠宰废水是一种非常典型的工业废水,水质特点是“三高”,即:高氨氮浓度、高有机物浓度、高悬浮物浓度。本设计概述了屠宰废水处理的设计原则及常用工艺流程,并对采用的污水处理工艺UASB-射流曝气CASS工艺以及涉及到的构筑物进行设计计算。同时,还对污水重要指标BOD5、CODcr、SS和NH3-N的去除做详细计算。设计的核心是UASB反应器和射流曝气CASS反应器。设计进水水质:BOD5=1100mg/L,CODcr=2400mg/L,SS=600mg/L,NH3-N=65mg/L,大肠杆菌总
2、数=1.0×105-1.7×105个/L;设计出水水质:BOD5≤30mg/L,CODcr≤80mg/L,SS≤60mg/L,NH3-N≤15mg/L,大肠杆菌总数≤5000个/L。处理后的污水达到《肉类加工业水污染排放标准》(GB13457-92)中畜类屠宰加工一级标准的排放要求。整个工艺具有总投资少,处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,运行稳定,能耗少,环境污染小等优点。关键词:屠宰废水;UASB反应器;射流曝气;CASSIIAbstract:Theslaughterhousewastewaterisakindoftypicalin
