1、（20届）毕业论文土壤不同有机质组分的提取方法研究摘要:本次实验采集了嘉兴市二环路周边表层土壤（0-20cm）样品，测定不同土壤样品的pH值，有机质含量，最后对土壤中胡敏酸进行提取。从实验中，我们得出结论：根据土壤有机质在酸碱溶液中溶解性的差别，对土壤样品中胡敏酸进行提取；提取时间和不同提取条件对实验结果产生影响；有机质含量与pH值之间几乎不存在一定线性关系，土壤有机质含量和提取出的胡敏酸量成正比；该法是一种简单有效的方法。此次研究帮助我更好的了解了土壤有机质的提取方法，有利于其他研究的进一步开展，这对土
