3、EEND-USERto:(a)Viewthebookonacomputerorastand-aloneebookviewer.(b)Youmaymakeanddistributecopiesofthebookandelectronicallytransferthebookfromonecomputertoanotheroroveranetwork.(c)CertainrightsarenotgrantedunderthisAgreement,butmaybeavailableunderaseparateagreement.Ifyouwouldliketoenteri
4、ntoaSiteorNetworkLicense,pleasecontactMindShare.3.RESTRICTIONS(a)Youmaynotcopyscreenimagesofthebook,oranyportionthereof.(b)Youmaynotdecompile,reverseengineer,disassemble,orotherwisereducethebooktoahuman-perceivableform.(c)Youmaynotmodify,rent,resellforprofit,distributeorcreatederivativ
5、eworksbaseduponthebookoranypartthereof.(d)Youwillnotexportorreexport,directlyorindirectly,thebookintoanycountryprohibitedbytheUnitedStatesExportAdministrationActandtheregulationsthereunder.(e)Thebookmaynotbeusedinagroupviewingenvironment.4.OWNERSHIPTheforegoinglicensegivesyoulimitedrig
6、htstousethebook.Youdonotbecometheownerof,andMindShareretainstitleto,theintellectualpropertycontainedwithinthebook,andallcopiesthereof.AllrightsnotspecificallygrantedinthisAgreement,includingFederalandInternationalCopyrights,arereservedbyMindShare.5.DISCLAIMEROFWARRANTIESANDOFTECHNICALS
7、UPPORT:Thebookisprovidedtoyouonan"ASIS"basis,withoutanytechnicalsupportorwarrantyofanykindfromMindShareincluding,withoutlimitation,awarrantyofmerchantability,fitnessforaparticularpurposeandnon-infringement.SOMESTATESDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLU-SIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,SOTHEABOVEEXCLUSIONMAYNOT
