2、坊065007)摘要:延长油田七里村区块采油污水富含S、SO、HCO一、SRB。室内静态腐蚀挂片实验及注水管线腐蚀垢样XRD分析可知,管线腐蚀主要是局部腐蚀,引起腐蚀的主要原因是采出水中高含硫。通过实验筛选出效果较佳的缓蚀剂Xasy一201及杀菌剂Fw—BT01、FW—BT02以降低腐蚀速率。采用物理化学法对采出水进行净化处理,优选了污水pH值、除铁剂、无机絮凝剂和有机絮凝剂。结果表明:当调节污水pH值为7.5、铁调剂RF一2质量浓度为25mg/L,无机絮凝剂PAC质量浓度为30mg/L、有机絮凝剂PAM(1200万)质量浓度为1.0mg/L时,水中悬浮物质
