2、井下自动循环开关器,下井前设定好每个循环开关器的自动开关程序,使其在井下按照程序自动开启和关闭,实现分层周期注水。根据需要,还可以通过地面特定时间打“低一高一低”的液压编码,控制井下对应的自动循环开关器开启和关闭,临时改变井下注水层。该技术具有自动控制和液压控制双重功能,不用下入传统的投捞调配测试仪器就可以实现分层周期注水,液压编码只有3位,控制简便,可操作性强。现场试验11口井,自动循环开关器3-作正常,达到了预期的目的,在智能分层周期注水方面实现了突破。关键词:周期注水;分层注水;程序控制;井下管柱;液压控制中图分类号:TE357.6文献标识码:ATheautomaticallys
