2、tobenonsinusoidal,whichresultsinphaseerrorandthereforemeasurementerror.Ithasbeenshownthat,byusingasmalllook-uptable(LUT),thistypeofphaseerrorcanbereducedsignificantlyforathree-stepphase-shiftingalgo-rithm.Weprovethatthisalgorithmisgenericforanyphase-shiftingalgorithm.Moreover,we
