2、元复合驱油井中泵筒及柱基表面易结垢而导致漏失量大、泵效低、柱基磨阻大、卡泵及油杆断脱频繁的问题,研制了无间隙自适应防卡泵。该装置包括无间隙自适应柱塞泵以及无间隙自适应刮削器两部分。柱塞泵利用液压自封原理,采用复合密封结构,漏失量小,泵效高,不易结垢和砂卡;刮削器采用弹簧结构使得刮削器对泵筒直径具有自适应功能,可实现对柱塞以上泵筒段无间隙有效刮垢,阻垢单向阀可以有效防止刮削器刮下来的垢颗粒的沉降,并随着井内流体排出井外。现场试验表明,该装置与常规柱塞泵相比检泵周期由50d左右提高到400d左右,统计平均泵效由42.25%提高到63.32%,大大提高了经济效益。关键词:三元复合驱;无间隙;
