1、(二零届) 毕业论文(设计)散热框的注塑模具设计V摘要塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。本次设计的课题是散热框的注塑模具设计。该材料是采用聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物制造(简称PC/ABS),模具采用“一模一腔”布局。设计过程包括设计准备、塑件设计、模具设计、零件图的绘制和毕业设计论文的完成等五个环节。其中,塑件设计和模具设计是重要环节。在整个模具设计过程中,涉及到了塑件的结构设计、注塑机的选
2、择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核,并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、顶出机构设计、冷却系统设计等。在模具设计过程中主要运用了Pro/ENGINEER5.0及其EMX4.1模块来完成整个设计工作,此外还利用了AutoCAD2004软件进行装配图及零件图的绘制。同时,在设计过程中,通过查阅大量资料、手册、期刊等,结合教材上的知识对注塑模具有了系统的认识,拓宽了视野,丰富了知识,为将来独立完成模具设计积累了一定的经验。关键词:注塑模具的设计,Pro/ENGINEER5.0,散热框VTheradiatorca
