5、ove.第二篇：aiesec的申请表aiesec的申请表上，我按先后顺序申请了三个不同部门的不同职位1.ogx(outgoingexchange):logisticscoordinator2.ar(alumnirelations):accountmanager3.tm(talentmanagement):recruitmentlogisticscoordinator因为周六有课，结果把最重要的aiesec101informationsession错过了，后来去参加小型的makeupsession，反思，掌握重要准确的信息的是相当重要的。如果那个星期六我有旷课去参加那个会议，那我就知道

6、那些跟我同样对aiesec感兴趣的人大概的背景，从而更好地在aiesec当中定位自己。倘若我了解更多的情况，我会申请epmanagerogx，负责跟进ep的案件，而现在做的logisticscoordinator，就更加像是ogx整一个部门的一个小助理，主要负责向部门老师学生做presentations来发掘潜在的ep。不过无论如何，我进来了。这里先分享跟arvp面试时候的趣事，vp一看到我简历上做了两个学期学校中心打电话给毕业生筹款的工作以后，立马问我为什么没有把他们这个accountmanager的职位放到第一选择，并指出这个职位主要是帮助lc和aiesecalumni保持联系，

7、这当中涉及的还是interpersonalcommunication方面的事，那如果从工作性质来说，比我做筹款的要简单，因为不涉及金钱的直接交易或者过挂。当时我的解释是因为我做过类似的东西，我觉得自己在keeprelation方面做的已经足够了，想要做一些不一样的事情，之所以放accountmanager去第二是为了保底的，然后vp很可爱地问我，如果我们是保底，那你第三个申请的职务tm的coordinator是什么？我说那是防止我运气真的太差。集中说一下o
