2、主要技术要求发动机测扭油缸零件的机加工艺及磨工夹具设计,其主要技术要求如下:1.测扭油缸零件的技术要求,见给定的测扭油缸零件图,小批生产。2.测扭油缸零件机加工艺规程设计,应满足加工质量、生产率和经济性要求,并结合生产车间实际情况。3.磨工夹具的设计应满足相应工序的要求,使安装稳定可靠,操作简单。4.设计的机加工艺规程和磨工夹具,能实际可用。二、其它要求1.通过检索,了解机械加工工艺与工装的基本知识;2.运用机械制造工艺手册,掌握零件的加工艺规程编制;3.运用机械设计手册,掌握所用夹具的设计与其精度分析;4.掌握常用的CAD软件,并能熟练运用一种CAD软件设计;5.了解国内外先进
