2、现;本项目依据相关的政策法规,按照合理利用、可持续利用、可行性等规划原则,通过采用一系列工程措施,对区内田、水、路、林、村等进行综合整治,以及对区内零星未利用地进行合理整理。该项目土地平整工程共平整土地面积165.82公顷,共计36块田块。农田水利工程设排水沟27条(10151米)、20立方米水窖27座。田间道路工程设田间道3条(7672米)、生产道30条(9418米)、管涵6座。项目区可新增耕地面积113.22公顷,新增耕地率68.28%。通过项目的实施,不仅增加了耕地的数量同时也通过对耕地区水利设施的建设来增加了耕地的质量,充分发挥土地资源的三大效益,改善了梅子乡人民的生活水平。聞創
