1、福建盛辉物流集团仓储管理若干问题探讨张三丰（北京交通大学现代远程教育交通分院，物流管理专业，学号：XXXXXXXX）［摘要］:我国现代物流业是在近些年发展起来的，第三方物流更是刚刚起步。从当前看,我国企业对物流的认识和应用与西方发达国家相比还有很大的差距，物流管理的能力和水平过低，导致企业每年在采购、分销和配送等各个物流环节上浪费了大量的资金。而仓储是物流企业的一个重要环节，其人员和设备配置以及管理效率在很大程度上影响着整个供应链的操作成本。在提高服务水平，降低库存，节约时间，成本最小化的压力下，仓储管理显然是越來越重要了
2、。本文首先对国内外物流仓储管理理论做了全面的了解，奠定了理论基础；其次通过实际情况分析了福建盛辉物流集团在仓储管理的不足；最后，结介理论与实际，较为系统地提出了对其不足之处改进的对策。希望通过对仓储管理的初步研究和分析，提出的改进对策于该企业发展有一立现实意义。［关键词］:仓储管理物流管理对策DiscussionontheQuestionsofWarehousingandStorageinFujianShengHuilogisticsGroupsZhangSanfeng(BeijingJiaotongUniversity,
