1、INVESTMENTCONSULTINGAGREEMENTThisInvestmentConsultingAgreementismadeandenteredintoasofthedayof2008(the'Agreement)byandbetweenWURTS&ASSOCIATES,INC.,aWashingtoncorporation,havingitsprincipalofficesat999ThirdAvenue,Suite3650,Seattle,Washington98104Consultant),andFRESNOCOUNTYE
2、MPLOYEES1RETIREMENTASSOCIATION^Client).ClientherebyretainsConsultanttoprovidetheconsultingservicesdescribedbelowwithrespecttocertainofClientscash,securities,andotherpropertyandassetsfromtimetotimedesigmatedbyClient(the"Assets)onthetermsandconditionssetforthbelow.1•Services
3、ofConsultantConsultantagreestoprovideClientwiththeinvestmentconsultingservicesstipulatedinScheduleA.Additionalservices,whicharenotcommittedforbyClientatthistimebutmayberequestedinthefuture,aredetailedinScheduleB.2.ClientInformationClientagreestoprovide,orcauseitscustodianb
4、ank,administrator,attorney,trustee,presentorformerinvestmentconsultant,actuary,consultants,otherthirdparties,orinvestmentmanagers(hereinafterreferredtoasRepresentatives')toprovideConsultantwithanyandallreasonablynecessaryandappropriateinformationforConsultanttobegintoperfo
5、rmitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.Thisinformationineludesliquidityneeds,historicalperformanceinformation,investmentguidelines,andotherpertinentinformation,ineachcasetotheextentreasonablyavailable,asrequestedbyConsuitantfromtimetotime,including,withoutlimitation,awrittensu
6、mmaryofanyinvestmentlimitationsorrestrictions.Client,directlyorthroughitsRepresentatives,alsoagreestoinformtheConsultantassoonasreasonablypossibleofanychangeincircumstancesaffectingtheneedsorgoalsoftheClient,asthecasemaybe.Clientunderstandsthatinprovidingitsserviceshereund
7、er,ConsultantwillrelyontheinformationfromtimetotimeprovidedtoitbyClientandClientsRepresentatives.ConsuitantshallnotberequiredtoverifyanyinformationobtainedfromClientorClientsRepresentatives.Consultantshallnotbeliablefortheaccuracyandcompletenessofinformationfurnishedorrepr
