1、本科毕业论文(20届)卡口冲裁模具设计23摘 要摘要:冲裁模具是冲压模具的一种工艺分类,是通过装在压力机上使板料沿着一定的轮廓形状产生分离的一种冲压模具。冲裁模具应用十分广泛,在国民经济的各个部门,几乎都有冲裁加工产品,它具有生产效率高、精度高、材料利用率高、操作简便、适合大批量生产和自动化等优点。本次设计要冲裁的卡口零件,通过工件工艺分析,得该冲裁件属于一般精度,故可以通过普通冲裁工艺完成加工,该工件需冲孔和落料两道工序,通过比较单工序模、复合模、级进模三种工艺方案,选择复合模(倒装式)进行生产加工。为提高材料利用率,改善操作性,保证工件质量,设计出合理
2、的排样方式(单排)。通过对冲裁力、压力中心、工作零件刃口尺寸等工艺计算,设计凹模、凸模、凹凸模等主要零件及选用合理的模架、模柄、导套导柱、紧固件、弹性元件、冲床,编制凹模、凸模、凸凹模的加工工艺过程。通过对倒装式复合模结构基本结构了解,选择合理的定位装置,卸料装置及推件装置。关键字:冲裁模具;工艺分析;工艺方案;模具结构ABSTRACT:Punchingmouldisakindofstampingprocessclassification,isakindofstampingmouldthatmakesheetalongthecertainprofilepr
