1、本科毕业论文(20届)DC48V铅酸电池数据采集系统摘 要摘要:DC48V铅酸电池放电特性为电容特性和电压特性,作为供电装置,随运行时间变化,电池总电压和各单体电池电压参数也有较大变化III,而这些参数的变化往往也影响着所供设备的运行状况,因此建立数据采集系统,采集其放电过程中的电压数据,分析其数据变化,对于充分发挥其电能,维持机械正常运行有重要意义。对于单体电池的采集,本文首先参考了几种常见的电池电压采集电路,通过总结比较后设计出了最适合本课题的电池数据采集电路,即利用24块AD转换芯片ADC7888单独采集24个单
2、体电池的电压值,由于芯片STM32F103RB的I/O口有限,本文通过利用三块三八译码器与芯片STM32F103RB连接扩展其I/O接口,然后与24块电压采集单片机相连,这样STM32F103RB即可通过译码器,间接控制了前端24块单片机所采集到的电压信号的输入顺序,完成单体电池电压的实时采集。这种方法采样精度高,且控制系统和电池组通过光耦和电池组进行隔离,安全可靠。当然,其缺陷是每节电池都需配备一篇AD转换芯片,成本较高。不过,由于这种采样电路的精度较高,允许采用较低精度〔如8位)的AD转换芯片,因此其整体价格依然可
