2、大面积停电，给社会生产和人民生活带来不便，这就要求防雷措施必须十分可靠。文章对变电站防雷保护系统进行了研究，并提出了变电站防雷与接地措施。根据该变电站的基本情况，对该变电站的接地网防雷和保护进行设计，使该站的接地电压满足允许0值，跨步电压和接地电压不超过允许值，其接地电阻、接触电压和跨步电压都满足要求，选择合适的设备对雷入侵波引起的过电压进行保护，由变电站土建面积进行变电站电气总平面的布置，根据避雷针设置规则、变电站构架跨度及保护站内所有电器设备的要求，对站内进行避雷针设置构成防雷保护措施，使全站设备都处于防雷保护范围内。
