1、武昌理工学院毕业设计(论文)景福住宅楼摘要本次毕业设计题目为景福小区住宅楼项目，建筑面积约为3800㎡，总建筑高度19.05m，采用砌体结构。砌体结构广泛用于住宅等民用建筑，具有较好的耐火性和耐久性等。该设计共分两个阶段：建筑设计和初步结构设计，在结构计算时，可不考虑风荷载和地震荷载的作用，本次设计不包括水电、暖通等方面的设计，而设计重点主要放在结构设计。首先是建筑户型的设计，之后就是建筑平面设计包括各层平面图、立面图、楼梯剖面图；然后布置墙体、构造柱、圈梁、过梁和结构平面（预制板）、验算高厚比和墙体承载力、设计基础、楼梯间、阳台挑梁和其他构件、计算卫生间、厨房现浇楼板配筋
