3、ructionofundergroundcoalmineemergencyrescuesystemforuseandmanagementoftheorganizationandimplementationofmanagementandsupervisionandinspection,coalminesafetysupervisionmechanismtocarryoutsafetysupervisionworkonthebasisof.Third,allwells,coalminesmustbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsoft

6、encysystemThefifthcoalmineundergroundemergencysystemisanorganicwholecomposedoffacilities,equipmentandmeasuresthatprovidelifesupportforemergencypersonnelincaseofemergency・Theconstructionofemergencysystemincludesprovidingselfrescuer,buildingemergencyemergencyfacilities,settingreasonabl
