1、食品原料采购索证验收制度1、指定专（兼）职人员负责食品索证、验收以及台帐记录保管等工作，台帐应妥善保管并随时可供有关部门查验。2、采购食品、食品原料、食品添加剂和食品相关产品，要到许可证照齐全有效，有相对固定场所的食品生产经营单位。向固定供货商采购食品的，要签订采购供货合同。3、从食品生产单位，批发市场等采购的，应当查验、索取并留存供货者的相关许可证和产品合格证明等文件；从固定供货商或者供货基地采购的，应当查验，索取并留存供货商或者供货基地的资质证明、每笔供货清单等；从超市、农贸市场、个体经营商户等采购的、应当索取并留存采购清单。4、建立采购记录台帐，如实记录产品名称、规格、数量
