1、本科毕业论文（20届）论法的宽容价值13摘要【摘要】大观自然界与人类社会，存在着两种法，一种是物质世界的法，它从宇宙起源，地球初始，自然衍生之时就存在，这就是自然之法；另一种是意识世界的法，它是由地球上具有高度思维能力的动物——人类，遵从自然的法则，顺应自身的进化和发展，所创立的指导社会生产和实践的法，这就是人们所熟知的各式法典、法规。法的价值是指作为法律的创制者人类在主观上愿意赋予客观世界的法怎样的能够为人类的需求服务的法的意义。法有平等、自由、正义、秩序等价值，法的价值之间又产生了各种层面上的冲突，笔者在阐述法的价值以及思索各冲突中，认为提出法的宽容价值这一说法可以
