4、ludes“sjuzhet”(plot)and“fabula”(usuallyreferstostory.Fabulaandsjuzhet(alsosyuzhet,sujet,sjužet,orsuzet)aretermsoriginatinginRussianFormalismandemployedinnarratologythatdescribenarrativeconstruction.Sjuzhetisanemploymentofnarrativeandfabulaistheorderofretellingevents.Theyweref
5、irstusedinthissensebyVladimirProppandShklovsky.).Andtheplotdeterminesthestory.Onthebasisofthisformalistconcept,ProppplacesemphasisonformandstructureofworksinhisMorphologyoftheFolktale(1928).Butheonlytakesnoteofthesyntacticrelationshipofthesurfaceofthestory.LaterGremas,LeviStr
