6、reenarchitecture;standard;design中图分类号：s611文献标识码：a文章编号：绿色建筑就是建筑的构建尽量少地采用不可再生资源，尽可能利用再生资源，以能耗低、能效高为目的，最大限度地减少对人体健康及环境的不可逆影响，为人类提供健康舒适的环境。探讨了我国发展绿色生态建筑的意义，从绿色生态建筑的特征、绿色生态建筑的基本要素、绿色生态住宅的类型等方面进行了详细阐述，提出了绿色生态建筑的设计准则，以提高建筑师的设计水平，促进我国绿色生态建筑的发展。1生态建筑的特点生态建筑的概念主要包括两个方面，第一，提供有益健康的建成环境，并为使用者提供高质量的生

7、存活动的小环境；第二，减少能耗，保护环境，尊重自然。生态建筑，是根据当地的生态自然环境，运用生态学、建筑技术科学的基本原理、现代科学技术手段等，合理地安排并组织建筑与其他相关因素之间的关系，使建筑与环境之间成为一个有机的结合体，同时并具有良好的室内气候条件和较强的生物气候调节能力，以满足人们生活、工作所需的工作环境，使人、建筑与自然生态环境之间形成一个良性循环系统。它具有节地、节水、节能、改善生态环境、减少环境污染、延长建筑物寿命等诸多好处，可以使经济效益、环境效益和社会效益得到很好的统一。生态建筑实际上是指这样的一种实践：它既利用天然条件与人工手段
