1、委外加工中间转厂协议篇一：转厂费协议合同书(1)协议合同书甲方：****************有限公司（以下简称甲方）乙方：（以下简称乙方）甲乙双方为维护各自权益，在互惠、公平的条件下，双方同意共同遵守以下协议内容。第一条本协议是双方所签订劳动合同的补充协议。第二条甲方承诺在劳动合同期限内，乙方工作满壹个月内，经甲方审核乙方工艺认定为熟练工作人员，甲方自第二个月起，连续4个月发给乙方转厂补助金每月500元，乙方必须履行在甲方连续工作壹年以上，乙方若有违反协议合同期间离职，则无条件归还转厂补助金2000元及违约金2000元给甲方
