2、essideasinanabstractway.ImagismleadersoneafteranotherwereT.E.Hulme(1908-1909),diedintheFirstWorldWar,thenPound(1912-1914),thenAmyLowell(1914-1917).ItisinfluencedbyFrenchSymbolism,Japanesehaiku,ChinesePoetry,someMetaphysicalpoets,etc.Imagismhasthefollowingfeatures:1)breaksawa
