2、过程可靠，是取得良好效益的前提。作为中国最大水泥生产商——海螺集团的核心水泥厂，宁国水泥厂的物流管理，具有问题的典型性和改进的示范性，无疑值得研究探讨。本文综述了供应链管理的相关理论，从物流管理的流程和体系等方面分析了海螺集团宁国水泥厂供应物流管理的现状，并剖析了供应物流管理中存在的主要问题，包括物流管理体系不合理、供需关系不稳定、资源利用率低、物流信息管理水平低等。在分析影响宁国水泥厂供应物流管理的相关因素基础上，提出了加强企业供应物流管理的对策措施，包括优化企业物流管理组织、构建面向供应链的物流管理流程
